Bio: Guitarist/Lead Vocalist: Billy Webb is from Gary, Indiana but has been a mainstay in the Phoenix music scene for years. In addition to showcasing his musicianship and dynamic vocal range as a regular at valley clubs, special events, and festivals, Billy has also showcased his songwriting and arranging skills as a 3-year musical director of the Miss Black Arizona Beauty Pageant. On the national and international level, Billy has performed as backing guitarist for The Shirelles and blues recording artist Lowell Folsom, and has also performed as an opening act for Ray Charles and The Temptations.
